The Tiger Explorer lineup is back better than ever in 2017. Not only has the XR been given new features like new riding modes, but the rest of the lineup will come with new exclusive features as well. With four XR models to choose from this lineup is sure to give you what you seek in an adventure bike.
At the top of the XR spectrum comes the XRt. This model as with the others in the lineup will encompass all that makes the XR system different from any other bike. With electrically adjustable touring screen you’ll be able to comfortably see your computer screen at all angles. Heated rider and passenger seats add to this comfortability. Engine protection bars and pannier rails for aluminum panniers come exclusively with the 2017 XRt also. Two additional riding modes “Sport” and “Rider” come with the XRt. The “Rider” mode is one that gives complete autonomy to the rider and allows you to set a mode that best fits your style. Additional tire pressure monitoring systems make maintenance a breeze with the XRt. Starting at $19,500 the XRt is a model that will give you a complete package while not being overpriced.
The all-new Tiger Explorer XRT packs immense power and linear torque from its signature 1215cc triple engine and is optimised for road riding with cast wheels, ABS, Traction control and Brembo monobloc 4-piston radial callipers at the front, and a single 282mm disc, 2-piston sliding calliper at the rear. The XRT also incorporates Triumph’s electronically controlled semi-active suspension system (TSAS) continuously adjusts the suspension settings as you ride, delivering the best control, comfort and riding experience on any surface.
